This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our online appointment booking system.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways when you book an appointment:

• Personal Data: Name, phone number, email address, appointment date/time, and chosen services.

4. Google API User Data & Calendar Integration

Our application integrates with the Google Calendar API to automatically sync customer bookings directly onto the authorized barbershop owner's Google Calendar.

• Data Accessed: With administrative permission, our app accesses the Google Calendar scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) to create and schedule barbershop appointment events, and basic profile info (userinfo.email) to identify the connected shop calendar.
• Data Storage: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely on our server solely to perform authorized calendar synchronization. We do not inspect, collect, or store private personal events from your Google Calendar.
• No Sharing or Sale of Google User Data: We do not sell, rent, license, or share Google user data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
• Google Limited Use Compliance: Unique Stylez Barbershop's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information.
